I worked with Angelique and her partner Joan to get things rolling since I was an out of town client and my other realtor could not deliver. They assisted me in getting my home sold by recommending what needed to get done around my house, how to strategize in getting my home sold and a realistic price point to start at. They have the right people in play, ready to assist, with small to big projects in order to get my home sold. Every step of they way they communicated with me via phone, text or email so that I know what is going on, what is needed next and how to move forward. When I say Angelique and her team came in the clutch when needed was a sigh of relief. Now I can focus on other things in my home state however I can not express how pleased I am knowing I put total trust in their hands to get my home sold in a timely manner. I highly recommend Althea. She was very active with the sale of our property, from the intial comps and staging all the way through to closing. Althea's communication skills are A+. She was in constant communication with me providing updates and following up on any questions or concerns that I had. And although she had several other clients at the same time, she always provided a level of service that made me feel like we were her only priority. This was not a "sign the listing agreement and never hear from me again" type of deal that I have experienced with other realtors in the past. Althea was always on top of things and it took a lot of the stress of selling our property off my plate knowing that I could rely on her. If you want a realtor that has your best interest at heart, then you can't go wrong with Althea.
