Tina and her team helped use buy a new house and sell our existing home so we know them from both sides. Tina was a pleasure to work with. Her and her team were all professional and friendly and EXTREMELY knowledgeable about every aspect of buying and selling. We were very impressed with the every aspect of her skills from marketing, organization, communications, negotiations and contacts. We started looking for homes in 2022/2023, took a break because of the crazy market, and Tina was with us through it all. When we were ready to start again, she jumped right back in, incredibly knowledgeable about the market, and always kept us in mind when new homes came up. She even helped us explore neighborhoods we never would have considered on our own! Tina is a wealth of knowledge, but most of all, she genuinely cares. She wants you to end up in a home you truly love. Throughout the whole process she was there to answer every question, had resources for anything we needed, we felt so supported and we could not have had a better experience!

We were referred to Tina and Carloyn through our mortgage broker, and from our very first conversation, we knew we had found our agents! More than just wanting to know our housing wants and needs, they wanted to know US. We quickly arranged a meet and greet at our favorite brewery, Green Bench, and the conversation flowed like we were old friends. They're kind, engaging and positive attitude makes you feel and truly believe that you're in good hands. And they're hilarious! So many laughs were had in our discussions! But trust me, their humor can quickly turn to seriousness when it comes to resolving any issues you have. They were on top of everything, IMMEDIATELY, and never did we have to ask or remind, or even worry if our concerns were being addressed. To be blunt, they simply get sh*t done! Through every step of the process, they are there and ready to help guide and explain what is going to happen and why. Buying a home can be stressful and the nuances can be confusing. It's very easy to feel ignorant and in the dark, but trust me when I say that they are the light! Even after the process is "over", they are still there to make sure you're happy, and settled, and will not leave your side till you are. We really can't find the words to recommend Tina and Carolyn more, but hopefully, with this brief and heartfelt review from a stranger, you will make the best decision for you and yours, and make them part of your team. Because honestly, buying a house IS a team sport, and you need the best players on your side!
