We started looking for homes in 2022/2023, took a break because of the crazy market, and Tina was with us through it all. When we were ready to start again, she jumped right back in, incredibly knowledgeable about the market, and always kept us in mind when new homes came up. We were referred to Tina and Carloyn through our mortgage broker, and from our very first conversation, we knew we had found our agents! More than just wanting to know our housing wants and needs, they wanted to know US. We quickly arranged a meet and greet at our favorite brewery, Green Bench, and the conversation flowed like we were old friends. They're kind, engaging and positive attitude makes you feel and truly believe that you're in good hands. And they're hilarious! So many laughs were had in our discussions! It's very easy to feel ignorant and in the dark, but trust me when I say that they are the light! Even after the process is "over", they are still there to make sure you're happy, and settled, and will not leave your side till you are.
