Tina grew up in Southern California. She has fond memories of her Sister's donut shop just outside of Orange County and the tranquility of the sights and sounds of the Pacific Ocean at Laguna Beach. Tina spent most of her teenage years in Phoenix, Arizona where she loved to hike up Camelback Mountain and go tubing down the Salt River. In 2002, She moved to Connecticut with her husband and two children and began her association with real estate.
Tina started her real estate career as a Leasing Consultant/Property Manager for large apartment communities in Connecticut. Her job entailed finding good, solid tenants and helping them choose the apartment home that was just right for their families and their lifestyle. Their happiness was her goal. It was then that she decided to become a REALTOR® and worked for a time in Connecticut before moving her family to North Carolina.
Although she’s taken the traditional real estate classes Tina holds a designation as a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist™, Accredited Buyer's Representative®, Strategic Pricing Specialist®, and holds an At Home with Diversity® certification. Tina is a Multi Million Dollar TOP PRODUCER and has earned her position in KW Luxury.
Tina says selling her own home to make the move from Connecticut was the best thing she could have done for her real estate education. That exercise gave her valuable understanding and insight into the emotions home sellers experience and the issues that arise when relocating a family from one state to another.
Tina’s leisure activities include gardening, participating in local 5k races, attending a concert with her husband at the Neighborhood Theatre in NoDa, going for walks with her French Bulldog and two Boston Terriers.
