Tim was extremely patient in communicating verbally and visually the many details in the process of selling a home. He was always ready to help out in any way he could to make the process less burdensome and problematic.
House-hunting in a pandemic is not for the faint of heart! Tim showed us so many houses and helped us think about what made sense for us. At one point we paused our search because of health issues in the family. Tim was understanding and was ready to start again when we were. Tim's years of experience as a realtor really show -- he knows the various neighborhoods and he knows so much about houses in general. He is kind, ethical, and hardworking. (He also helped us sell our last house -- so we recommend him whether you are buying or selling!)
