I have bought and sold a lot of real estate during my life since the 1970's. Of all the realtors I have ever worked with, Tim stands out as sharing the top shelf with very few others. He was absolutely excellent in the planning, preparation, and execution of our property's sales plan. In addition, he was a great resource to turn to regarding referrals for our " to do" list. He was referred to us by our Northern California realtor, another top shelf realtor. After recently selling one or our California properties, I asked them if they could refer me to an " A-Team" realtor in the Lakewood, CO area.
