ok so he knows this thing. He checks on the houses when he needs to or whenever you can't do something he is there to help. He will offer people up to help with things if you are having problems with yours.

Tim will answer any questions you have. He does his homework before he shows you a house.

Tim was able to find a house for us to fix up and sell. He gave his advice on what was needed to be able to resale this house. That advice helped.
