Tim is a great realtor who is very knowledgeable of the properties that he is selling and also about any questions that might arise. His knowledge of construction and structural issues comes in very handy especially for us since we were looking to use our VA loan and they can be stricter with things like that. He will even goes above and beyond to help you out, for instance, on our way to view a house my wife’s car broke down and he came and pick me up and took me to the auto store to pick up the replacement part and stayed with us on the side of the highway while I changed it. He then was still able to show the house to us afterwards. I would definitely recommend Tim as a realtor, my wife and I are considering buying a second property within the next year or so and we will be using him if we do.

I am a first-time home buyer. Mr Saylor was extremely patient and extremely knowledgeable. He answered any questions and helped with any concerns that we had. He guided us through the entire process which, may I add was complicated many times over. He never failed to answer any calls or text messages no matter what time of day. He was very attentive as to what we were looking for in a home and property. He was also very honest with any issues that may come up. I would highly recommend him to anyone as a real estate agent.
