Important things to concentrate on and the things we could renew but to not such a huge difference. The sell of her property was a success and very quick. So when it came time to sell my own home the first and only person I looked to was Tim. I had a few fixes I was working on to ready the house for sell, he gave advice on things I should work on I hadn't even considered. Once the house in my eyes was ready to sell he came right out with a great photographer who took amazing photos of the house. Within no time we were under contract. To no fault of ours the contact fell through twice. But each time within a week no more than two we were back under contract.
