We have worked with Tim on several properties now and are able to speak from experience that he goes the extra mile whether in the market to buy or sell. Tim has done both for us. He took the time to research the home that was for sale so we knew all the facts. When selling he carefully researched the market analysis and didn’t take just the cold hard figures into consideration.
