For us, the best parts about working with Tim were his vast knowledge of home maintenance needs, building materials and construction, and his advice about owning a home. As first time home buyers all of his knowledge about these things helped us understand what we were really looking for in a home and what to expect. He also has a lot of connections once you’re in your new home if you need maintenance. And if you’re not sure about the negotiations in a fast moving market, Tim is very reassuring and always kept us laughing, so it’s not so overwhelming.
