Tim handled the sale of my uncle's condo as part of our estate process. It was an enormously challenging time for me and Tim's compassion, experience, and persistence far exceed my expectations. I lived over an hour away from the property so it wasn't easy for me to be on-site. Tim put in some work himself to help ready the unit for sale and even coordinated some repairs, keeping me in the loop throughout. I've never had a realtor go so far above and beyond to sell a property. And beyond all that, his approach helped us get more than the asking price! I really can't say enough good things about him. I wish I had more properties in that area so I could work with him again.
