As first time home buyers, it was important to us to have someone with full a range of knowledge not just of the housing market but of all the little things that go with buying a home as well. Tim was everything we needed in a realtor and more. We worked with Tim for about 4 months and he never slowed down. Our work schedules were crazy and he didn't miss a beat. He showed us all of the properties we wanted to see and we saw alot! He was available day and night and answered all of our questions that ranged from property taxes in the area to the best functional kitchen design. He truly knows his way around a house, we learned so much about roofs, hvac, electrical, all the small stuff that is easy to overlook if the house looks great on the outside! When we got stuck and felt like we were never going to find a house he got creative and we started going down avenues we hadn't explored yet. It truly felt like he was looking for us. He listened to all our comments and concerns and that was apparent in the properties he showed us. We could have not done this without Tim. He truly made this process as smooth and stress free as possible. We felt comfortable and completely taken care of in all aspects of our home buying experience. I would recommend Tim to anyone looking to purchase a home.
