As first time home-buyers, my husband and I found Tim's expertise invaluable. He was very personable and easy to talk to which made house-hunting much easier. Tim was happy to work with us to fine tune our wants and needs in a house with his experience and market knowledge which made the process much more enjoyable. He was also able to work around our busy schedules and was always able to answer our questions in a timely manner. Tim has gone the extra mile by continuing to answer questions and connecting us with the right people in our area even after our closing. We will definitely be working with Tim in the future if we need to find a new home!
