Tim did an amazing job in helping my husband and I purchase our forever home.
Tim Gave us all the info we needed to make a good decision on sale price
I was discussing with another agent who was reluctant to put townhome on market at appraisal price. Contacted Tim who through his market research felt comfortable with agreed to price which was slightly higher based off his research. Ended up selling near appraisal value in very tough market.
Excellent response rate and time. Incredibly thorough. Would recommend Tim to any of my friends and family
