I highly recommend Tiffany Vasquez as an energetic and dedicated realtor. She secured a clean strong offer on my Sisters, Oregon house, even in a slowing real estate market and in the middle of winter. Everyone knows the fall/winter season is not the best time to list a house to sell, but when an opportunity to downsize and move closer to family arose for me, Tiffany got to work to get the house ready for sale very quickly. She secured bids for contractors to refresh the house with paint, refinishing the hardwood floors and decks and having it inspected to be sure there were would be nothing to get in the way of a sale. She oversaw the work and helped in the process of packing and downsizing, making a big change more manageable for me. She is one of the most energetic and organized people I've met, kind and communicative throughout. The house looked great and it showed beautifully in the many open houses she held. We met Tiffany Vasquez at an open house in Discovery West about 2 years ago, and kept in contact with her through the years. We contacted her when we were ready to downsize into a smaller place. We chose to work with Tiffany because we appreciated her candor, availability and in-depth knowledge of the local market. Tiffany prepared our home for the market without us even being home, we were out of State for a extended period). She prepped, staged, and coordinated (window washing, pressure washing, house cleaning, painting and carpet cleaning). Listing the house was extremely stress free, as Tiffany did all the work. Our home in Shevlin Pines (Bend, OR) went pending in just 3 days with a full price offer, which was huge as other houses in our neighborhood are still sitting on the market. A few weeks later, we found a home in NW Crossing that we were interested in. We were out of state, and Tiffany was able to tour this home by FaceTime for us. In addition to that she also took multiple videos for us (which we preferred over the FaceTime as we were able to go back and look at them and pause in certain rooms, similar to being there). Tiffany pointed out anything she saw in the video that may come up in inspection or that a potential buyer would be concerned with, which was so appreciated. Tiffany was able to get the home inspected and closed sooner than we thought possible. We were also able to negotiate a $10K reduction from the price on a home that had just been listed. We would definitely recommend working with Tiffany Vasquez if you are buying and or selling.

There are a lot of good real estate agents in the market, but Tiffany stands-out as truly the best. My husband and I met her when we randomly went into one of her Open Houses. We learned so much about the market in Bend talking to Tiffany during those few minutes. We walked out of that house, and both looked at each other and said, she should be our agent. Two months later, we closed on our beautiful home in Discovery West that originally seemed priced out-of-reach.Tiffany immediately understood what we were looking for, even though we were all over the spectrum with housing styles and locations. She prepared detailed market analysis on any house of interest, and presented a price range with the comps of current listings and sold properties. Her expertise in the market and what is happening in the different areas is in-depth and accurate. She also collaborates with her colleagues to gather helpful outside opinions throughout the searching and negotiating process. For each house, Tiffany would provide feedback regarding pros/cons, areas of possible concern, and even as simple as where the sunlight would be coming in the home at different parts of the day. And her background growing up as a builder’s daughter was very helpful on many occasions, including homes that needed updating. And ultimately in designing a beautiful custom fence that she negotiated as part of the contract.Tiffany’s negotiation skills on our behalf were remarkable to behold. I truly didn’t think the deal would ever happen because of our budget. Over the next couple weeks she worked tirelessly on our behalf. I told her she had a unique gift of pushing without being pushy. It was fascinating to be a part of, and watch her succeed when I didn’t think it was possible. She never gave-up, nor did she push us to go out of our comfort zone to purchase the home.Tiffany was fantastic through the entire process.
