We met Tiffany Vasquez at an open house in Discovery West about 2 years ago, and kept in contact with her through the years. We contacted her when we were ready to downsize into a smaller place. We chose to work with Tiffany because we appreciated her candor, availability and in-depth knowledge of the local market. Tiffany prepared our home for the market without us even being home, we were out of State for a extended period). She prepped, staged, and coordinated (window washing, pressure washing, house cleaning, painting and carpet cleaning). Listing the house was extremely stress free, as Tiffany did all the work. Our home in Shevlin Pines (Bend, OR) went pending in just 3 days with a full price offer, which was huge as other houses in our neighborhood are still sitting on the market.
