She consistently went so far above and beyond normal realtor duties with us, remaining calm, sweet, helpful and professional even when I wasn't. In hindsight, the entire process was made almost effortless since she was right on point at every step. We even got to meet her husband who came over in his free time and laid down a protective plastic covering for new carpeting in order to keep it nice during the move, at no charge I might add. Wow..Tiffany went above and beyond throughout the entire process of buying our home. She did research on County laws, neighborhood HOA'S and even research on well permits that I just did not have time to do. Tiffany did a great job during contract negotiations and navigated us through a great purchase price of our wonderful new home. Tiffany is one of the most amazing people I’ve ever met! She was honest with us every step of the way! We are new to Colorado and did not know what neighborhoods were safe for our children. Tiffany made sure that she only showed us homes in neighborhoods that she felt comfortable my kids would be safe! Tiffany Farrell is superb! Honestly once I was determined to find a cabin in Colorado to escape the heat of San Antonio, Texas, I became a Zillow troll. I knew excatly what I wanted and the cabin HAD to look like a cabin on the inside and outside; I didn’t want a condo cabin. I zeroed in on the one we purchased.
