Not sure where to begin...this only allows 5 stars but if I could give more I would! Christy & Tiffany went above & beyond in helping us secure our Mountain home. It was a long journey with some challenges along the way but the ladies were organized, super knowledgeable, professional, great negotiators, very available, excellent communicators, warm, and genuinely had our best interests at heart. We would work with them again in a heartbeat and highly recommend. Can't say enough good things about our experience with them!

My wife and I sold our home as part of an out-of-state relocation for a new job. The relocation company actually recommended Christy as well as another agent. From the moment she showed up to our first meeting she nailed it. She had already had comps in hand and a recommended list price, she had visual aids to showcase her process in listing a house and how we were going to make it stand out, and she was very approachable and professional. We were immediately comforted by her approach to the transaction. Once it we really kicked things off she was consistency amazing. She was at the ready for a call or text pretty much day or night and responded very promptly to every question, big and small. She navigated the additional complexities of the relocation transaction seamlessly and offered great advice throughout. Once it came time to reviewing offers she really laid things out to help us drill into them to understand the nuances and select the best one. We couldn't say more positive things about Christy and how she guided us through the whole process. We will happily be reaching back out to Christy if we end up back in Colorado.
