Tiffany and Christy were great to work with and so very knowledgeable. They make a great team. They helped us with every step with finding repair people to getting estimates for the work that was needed. This was a tremendous amount of help especially since we were out of state trying to sell the house. Any changes needed were explained in detail and we were never left wondering about a thing.
Buying in a rural area is a different process than buying in the City. Tiffany (and her Agency partner Christy) are a great team that were able to seamlessly work together to show us several properties, patiently explain unique elements (like septic system title transfers and inspections, water wells, and all those unique elements of rural mountain properties) while ensuring the process moved smoothly even when responsiveness from the Seller's agent wasn't quite up to speed....and all with a sense of humor! As a final note, a nice touch to drive a long way to closing for our convenience - along with providing a thoughtful token and practical information to make the closing that much more special.
