If you need to sale a home the team will go way beyond expectation. They made my house look awesome. I took all the advice from the listing agent and she was right about everything I needed to do. While bringing out a modern look along with a farm house paint job and arrangement with flooring, cabinets and countertops they brought my house to its full potential competitive with the market around the home. Even with a smaller layout and floor plan they still managed to make the bathroom and kitchen flow. With simple upgrades and advice given I feel as though all steps taken were based on pure professionalism and experience. They know what they are doing and will sale the home at its value if the potential is there. She has a professional photographer and an awesome way to stage the home with her own furniture and moving team. All this I didn’t know was done to help sale a home but got the job done way faster than expected.

Tiffany has a great grasp on the eb and flow of today's housing market. She was very easy to talk to and quick to respond to any of my text or emails. She was able to walk me through all the contacts in away that I could understand them without having a law degree. All in all she made the whole experience fun ans easy. We has a great experience with Tiffany. We crossed paths at one of her open houses, and what a lovely home that was. The market was super competitive and homes were selling the day the were listed. Tiffany was very patient with us and stuck with us until we found the home we felt was the one. It took us about 30 days to find our home.
