We probably toured over 20 places and she didn't mind the more I asked to see. She wants to make sure it's a fit because as she said "it's a huge decision when purchasing a home." She is always in your corner willing to get you the best deal, but will be honest when she doesn't think the opposite side will go for it. She however will still ask and make sure she is always representing you. She is also very knowledgeable and passionate about the city she lives in and all of northern Utah! She knows her market and can speak to the areas and navigate you to the right area to fit your needs. I would definitely use her again for future real estate needs!

Tiff sold our house for us in seven days! Her calm, reassuring guidance in all aspects of the prep; repairs, cleaning, landscape, and pricing. She even did the staging herself! We were really happy with how the photos were key in getting a lot of foot traffic and four offers in six days!
