When it came time to place an offer on our home, she made sure we knew exactly what it was we were offering, and kept us updated over the next few days as the offer was reviewed/responded to. We landed a really great deal and could not be happier with the whole situation. Tiff was the best agent I have ever worked with selling a home. She staged the house perfectly, pictures were amazing, really listened to what I needed for my situation and negotiated for my best interests. I was out of state during this process and had a family member leaving in the house I was selling. We probably toured over 20 places and she didn't mind the more I asked to see. She wants to make sure it's a fit because as she said "it's a huge decision when purchasing a home." She is always in your corner willing to get you the best deal, but will be honest when she doesn't think the opposite side will go for it. She however will still ask and make sure she is always representing you. She is also very knowledgeable and passionate about the city she lives in and all of northern Utah!
