About Tiffany

Tiffany has extensive experience representing both sellers and buyers in residential sales. She is a consistent year-over-year multi-million dollar producer in sales throughout the Luzerne County region, specifically representing clients in Hazleton, Hazle Township, Drums, Conyngham, Sugarloaf and other surrounding areas. As a lifetime resident of Luzerne County, born and raised in the Drums/Freeland region, she has in depth knowledge of the area. From her start of working in real estate in 1991, Tiffany began as a Title Searcher for a local title company, later graduating from LCCC with an Associate Degree in Paralegal studies. With over 30 years as a real estate paralegal, her extensive legal background, knowledge and experience enables Tiffany to negotiate and navigate through all areas of real estate giving her clients the utmost confidence throughout every transaction. In addition, Tiffany served as Secretary to the Foster Township Planning Commission for over ten years. She has firsthand experience in land development and zoning matters. When asked what she enjoys about real estate, Tiffany will tell you, “The people and knowing that I have made a difference in someone’s life.” When not working, she enjoys her horse, walks with her dog, gardening, and stock car racing with her family. Tiffany is a member of the Luzerne County Board of Realtors, Pennsylvania Association of Realtors, and the National Notary Association. Tiffany is a member of Lewith & Freeman’s Hazle Township office.
