From the moment we got in contact with Jason to begin our house hunt, we felt like we found a realtor who didn't just want to quickly sell a house, but one who wanted to help us find a dream home. Jason taught us very quickly how to be thoughtful house hunters, focusing not just on the short term goal of getting a house but also looking into the future of possible changes and repairs each house would need. Having this education made my husband and I much more thoughtful and aware with each house we visited. I appreciated how prompt Jason's communication was with us. I've moved dozens of time so have used, sometimes just endured, lots of realtors, so I have a good perspective here. Jason (and Tiffany behind) the scenes have been exemplary, extremely competent, personable, attendant to my concerns (accepting idiosyncracies in my wishes with only judicious expressions of caution), generous with their time. When I thought, for example, i couldn't get a mattress delivered soon, Jason offed to lend me an air mattress. When I got to the house there was a care package of the dozen or so things you need but forget the first day, a huge cookie saying 'Welcome Home Andy,' and an equally sized pizza. They know the town and who in it can help with things. Jason worked well with an unusually finicky inspector, not defensive, always focused on my needs. It's like having an old friend or a brother helping you make difficult decisions, making you feel welcome, critiquing choices and wishes tactfully and helpfully. And all this, from a practiced curmudgeonly octogenarian who's galactically hard to please in any area at all.

We cannot say enough good things about the Carey team. Over the years, we have sold three homes and purchased two others with their help, and every transaction has exceeded our expectations. Jason has been our primary contact, but we have also had the pleasure of working with Tiffany, Cherrie, and other members of the team. Tiffany has excellent market knowledge and negotiation skills. She made the process of buying and later listing our home seamless.
