ANYTIME there was a house we wanted to see Tommy moved fast as houses were flying off the market. Tommy has helped me buy and sell 2 homes in the past 6 years so I've worked with him on both sides. Tommy got me both homes even though there were multiple offers on each home. He is a great negotiator and knows how to get the deal done! As for selling, both homes sold way above asking within 2 days of listing, and both sales went through without a hitch. He did great negotiating with repair costs, etc. I won't use anyone else. He really is the best!
