It’s overwhelming to clear and sell the home of a loved one, especially when that home is 5 hours away. Tom Tait was recommended as hard working, knowledgeable and willing to help in any way he could. He proved himself to be that and more. His first visit – long before any commitments were made - was a lesson in required steps to get the house ready for sale, current market conditions and local regulations, all spot-on. He supplied the names of surveyors, electricians, plumbers and carpenters during the busiest of seasons when my random requests for service went unanswered. He explained contracts and proposals and never failed to respond to questions or concerns. In short, he made an incredibly difficult and emotional task go smoothly and successfully. I can’t recommend him enough. He’s an absolute gem!
