Thomas did a great job of communicating status of our property transaction including feed back on shows as well as communication between our tenant and his search for a new place. We needed the tenant to move out on time for the sale to go through. Thomas also provided good advice on the state of the market and in advising us in our listing. His listing team did a fabulous job with pictures, listing and coordination with escrow and the buyers.

Thomas began selling us, on his skills. We met long before the property was to be sold, he stayed in touch with market information, comps, and was available to offer opinion as we requested. When we went to market, Thomas was timely in delivering contracts, thorough, and flexible, all which instilled a trust between us, one well served in all our dealings with him. He brought a buyer to the table in short order, managed the details, looked after our interests, and closed the sale. And then he helped out on some personsl details we were unable to attend to. If I were to look at real estate in the So Cal area, I would call on Thomas Grimes, our experience with him as our agent was unflawed.
Thomas visited the house multiple times before we were ready to sell, and offered plenty of knowledge and info on homes and sales in the surrounding area. When we decided to sell, he was quick, flexible and thorough, and continued to take care of many matters that would have been difficult for us since we were out of state. "I loved his energy. He was NEVER pushy and he was SO patient when I wanted to go back into the house over and over again. I NEVER felt rushed or that he was ever annoyed with me for taking the extra time I needed to make up my mind on this big investment. Like many other annoying realtors, he never tried to tell me what a great deal a place was or tried to coerce me into writing a contract when I wasn't sure. He allowed me to take my time and make up my own mind until I found something I was completely in love with. Ive purchased many homes.
