Thomas began selling us, on his skills. We met long before the property was to be sold, he stayed in touch with market information, comps, and was available to offer opinion as we requested. When we went to market, Thomas was timely in delivering contracts, thorough, and flexible, all which instilled a trust between us, one well served in all our dealings with him. He brought a buyer to the table in short order, managed the details, looked after our interests, and closed the sale. And then he helped out on some personsl details we were unable to attend to. I NEVER felt rushed or that he was ever annoyed with me for taking the extra time I needed to make up my mind on this big investment. Like many other annoying realtors, he never tried to tell me what a great deal a place was or tried to coerce me into writing a contract when I wasn't sure. He allowed me to take my time and make up my own mind until I found something I was completely in love with. Ive purchased many homes.
