Thomas did a great job of communicating status of our property transaction including feed back on shows as well as communication between our tenant and his search for a new place. Thomas began selling us, on his skills. We met long before the property was to be sold, he stayed in touch with market information, comps, and was available to offer opinion as we requested. When we went to market, Thomas was timely in delivering contracts, thorough, and flexible, all which instilled a trust between us, one well served in all our dealings with him. He brought a buyer to the table in short order, managed the details, looked after our interests, and closed the sale. And then he helped out on some personsl details we were unable to attend to.
