Thomas began selling us, on his skills. We met long before the property was to be sold, he stayed in touch with market information, comps, and was available to offer opinion as we requested. When we went to market, Thomas was timely in delivering contracts, thorough, and flexible, all which instilled a trust between us, one well served in all our dealings with him.
