He presents himself very professionally and friendly during the open house. I felt like very welcome and comfortable when he greeted us and answered the questions we asked. After we met at the open house, Eric Chu, my son, continuously communicated with Tom via emails and phone calls for questions and procedures related to purchasing the subject property. Tom advised us to release a portion of the earnest deposit to the seller to show our due diligence to obtain the approval of the loan at no time. In addition, Tom organized a dinner for both parties, sellers and buyers, to socialize and interact with each other in person, and that was a great dinner for us to get to know each other more in-depth.
