This was the second home purchase I’ve used Tom for, and once again he navigated my wife and I through the purchase process efficiently. Tom is always on top of everything and provides constant communication with you during the process. There is never a moment during the transaction where you don’t know exactly what’s going on or where things are at. Tom is also a great listener and adjusts his strategies and searches based on your feedback as you go through the real estate process, which is refreshing given that so many realtors tend to just try to push homes on you that aren’t even right for you because they want to get a deal done.
