When most people say, they couldn’t have found a house without their realtor, they are often embellishing a bit. However, in our scenario, it truly wouldn’t have been possible. Not only does Tom have a high level of professionalism and is able to guide new home buyers through this crazy real estate market….he also has a network of relationships that’s grown in his over 40 years in real estate. My wife and I were young professionals, entering this hot market in 2023 with enough funds to qualify….but often not seen as competitive against all of the high down payment or cash offers. My wife and I began to lower our expectations and look at houses outside of our preferred search area or criteria, in hopes of finding a hidden treasure. To our surprise, Tom had recently completed a deal with the listing agent, whom was also the seller after having remodeled the home. Our offer was accepted, and Tom made this stressful process seamless and easy.
