Tom Santoro is a wonderful realtor and a great person! He is savvy, highly educated, and honest. My husband and I have known Tom for 27 years. When we were looking for our first home in Orange County, CA toward the end of 1991, we fell in love with the first home we saw and we wanted to buy it. Tom wouldn’t have it. He insisted that we see every home on his list that met our specifications so we were absolutely sure about our choice. Yep, that first home was the one we ended up buying at a wonderful price that Tom negotiated for us, and we lived there happily for the next 27 years. On occasion over the years, we thought about moving to a larger home and had Tom take us around. He did so happily even though we decided not to buy. Just recently, in 2024, we made a decision to sell our wonderful home and move to Florida! It is a sight to behold to see Tom in action! He knew exactly when we should move and what we needed to do to upgrade our home. He guided us every step of the way, even while on his long-awaited family vacation out of state! We moved our home before selling our home, and Tom took over, making sure everything ran smoothly in our absence. Tom and his wife Barbara, who assists him in the office and is very helpful, even mailed two items for us that we realized after the fact we had left in CA. Needless to say, he went above and beyond the call of duty. Tom sold our home for an amazing price, one that we never even imagined or expected!
