Tom Barbato is the best. He is not only knowledgeable, ethical, professional, and helpful. He is a great individual with a great heart. I now tell my friends and colleagues - I know the best real estate agent in Miami. No doubt about it. Thank you for helping us sell our house during a very difficult time. Tom sold our home in speed record and the process was very smoothly. Thank you is not enough Tom.

Tom is avery knowlegable in the real estate industry. Realtors like this are hard to find. He is ethic, hard worker, organized and get things done. Great guy overall!

Tom is very knowledgeable in the market. Was able to sell my home in few days for the asking price. Thanks Tom

Tom came through for us during a relocation move - a more stringent process than we had experienced with previous sales. He priced and presented our house just right, and we received multiple offers on the first day. We ended up selling above asking price, and are thankful to Tom for shepherding us through the process quickly and with top results.

Thomas guided us from the first step to closing day and beyond. We chose him to represent us in the sale of our residential property for relocation purposes. He was always one step ahead and knew how to handle each facet of the negotiation. He was always available for calls and most importantly, he always calls back just to offer updates as well as writing detailed emails about the days showings. He was certain to be live on site and available for every walk through. Thomas did something we were impressed with. When we asked him what we needed to do to improve the house for more appeal, he didn't just suggest spending money on everything, he used his fluid understanding of current market conditions to tell us where we didn't have to spend money and he was right. This was our first real estate relocation transaction and I couldn't imagine working with anyone else who had the years of applicable real estate experience and ability to explain the process clearly. Finally, after so many disappointments with other real estate agents, we finally feel that we are in good, caring hands. When you are selling or buying a home, it is good to know that the most knowledgeable person in the negotiation is on your side. In our case, his name is Thomas Barbato. We have other properties in Dade County and I will be certain to call Thomas when its time to sell. I highly recommend Thomas Barbato to anyone looking to buy or sell their property in a professional and profitable manner.

We highly recommend Tom Barbato for any real estate transaction - he’s a consummate professional with high ethical standards. His pre-sale assessment was spot-on, followed by a well planned and executed photo/video shoot - his marketing efforts resulted in multiple offers within 24 hours of the listing and acceptance above listing price within 48 hours! He was always available to connect and responded within seconds whenever needed. The entire process was pleasant and stress-free. Again - we highly recommend his services!

He was easy to get in touch with , which is VERY important when it’s coming down to the wiRe and decision must be made. Wonderful to work with and an all around great guy. Thank you Tom Barbados !
