Tom was excellent. He made the entire process very smooth and easy. His experience showed and had answers to every question we had. He was always available to chat and was great to work with. We are very happy we chose Tom in selling our house and buying our dream home.

Tom kept me up to date with everything and thanks to him the sale went smoothly! I highly recommend his expertise!

Relocating can be an unsettling feeling but we were very fortunate to be introduced to Tom. As transplants from the Pacific Northwest and not familiar with south Florida, Tom successfully matched us up with a home and neighborhood that suited our lifestyle and what we were looking for in a home. Five years later it was time to sell. Without hesitation I reached out to Tom. Tom laid out a clear strategy that on day one we had multiple offers, and on day two we accepted an offer and closed in less than a month. We truly appreciate Tom’s availability and response times. I had many phone calls and he answered every one and kept me informed every step of the way. I highly recommend Tom to help you buy or sell your Florida home.

Would definitely recommend.

We are repeat clients of Tom! He is a wonderful guide in the selling or buying process and goes above and beyond to make each step clear and straightforward. His expertise is beyond measure.
