If you are looking to sell or purchase a home, this is your guy. He helped me with the sale of my old house about a month ago and now with the purchase of my new one. We had a great experience from start to finish with both properties. Tom is on top of everything and knows this market. I will recommend him to anyone who’s looking to sell or buy. You won’t regret it.
My sale was straight forward. Tom was upfront and realistic with the sale of my home which was unique. Everything that happened I expected because of his excellent forethought and guidance. Listing to contract was effortless. Thank you for making this happen!
We sold our home with Tom and he did an excellent job! Pricing, showings, keeping us informed all were spot on all the way through closing!
Thomas Barbarbato is the best realtor I've ever had. He is extremely knowledgable about southern Florida real estate and operates at a high level of professionalism combined with a friendly smile. He helped me out a lot5 and went above and beyond my expectations. Thanks Tom!
My fiancé and I purchased our first home with the help of Tom. He found all the things we wanted in a home, went above and beyond looking for each property. He was able to make this process much easier for us.
We’ve used Tom to sell four homes and buy three over the last eleven years. Whenever we felt ready to upgrade we never hesitated on who we needed to call. Tom isn’t the kind of realtor to gift you a cute basket at the sale/purchase of your home but he is extremely knowledgeable, upfront and honest. He’s a hard worker and readily available to answer your many ridiculous questions (thanks again, Tom). He throws in just enough sass and sarcasm to keep things light, fun and as stress-free as possible.
My husband and I had a great experience with Tom. He got us set up and looking for our new home within a day of us reaching out. He was very knowledgeable during the entire process and available when we needed him. He was able to answer our questions and got us a great deal on a home that we are so excited for! Thank you Tom!
Coach Tom Barbato!!! He is a set it and forget it kind of realtor! He knows everything about the transaction and if he doesn't he will find the answer immediately. Also....no time wasted....everything moves like clock work! Transparent and straightforward, no BS, My kind of business guy...especially for a very busy working professional like myself. If you want a deal fast, Tom is your guy. I would recommend him and hopefully use him in the future. Also - he is a genuine good guy! Thank you for everything!
Tom recently helped me with the sale of my mom’s home as well as the purchase of her new home. He was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell.
Great experience! Tom came highly recommended to me by a friend. I've never had a realtor that was so helpful and so accessible throughout the whole buying experience. Tom guided me through the process and kept me abreast of what was to come. I would highly recommend Tom for any real estate transaction.
