Sold my mother’s house under my trusteeship. Following the wishes of my mother, the house was to be offered to my cousin after receiving two estimates. Thomas Baker needed to complete the process using two different hats but being the same realtor. He was a tough negotiator but at the same time officiating the process so that my cousin got an under market price as well as Thomas kept the demands of both cousins reasonable as well as amicable. At my breaking point, he continued to persevere with common sense and business savvy. As a result, my cousin bought the house and I kept my sanity.
