We moved from Arizona to North Carolina this year. Theresa was such an asset in our search for a home. The market was pretty aggressive and between a short time to look and our taking a little too long to decide we missed out on a couple of homes. Theresa did not pressure us in any way and when the 'right' house came on the market, she helped us get a jump on things and get an offer accepted. We only saw the house via video so it was a little stressful until we got here and actually saw the house 'in person'. She was on top of the process the whole way and managed our long distance angst with grace and knowledge.

Theresa an AMAZING realtor, but she is a wonderful mother, wife, friend, and animal-lover! She not only traveled all over NC and VA to find my son and I and our plethora of animals a new home, but even took time out of her own weekend to help us move our beloved-but-huge pigs to the new house!
