She was also very understanding in finding what we liked and didn't like. She helped communicate with the inspectors and other people to make the closing process on the house go smoother. Our process was not easy but her being our relator definitely made it easier because she was doing everything she could from her standpoint and probably more then she needed to.

Theresa was a wonderful realtor and she went above and beyond to help us out. We were moving from Florida and weren't able to physically come to North Carolina. She went to look at the home we were interested in and did video conferences with us to show them to us. After closing, my husband moved our chickens and goats to the house. When he came back to get us and move everyone else, we all came down with COVID (which mu son got from his teacher). Theresa went over to the house for us, to feed our animals, until we were out of quarantine and able to move.
