On top of being a great agent, she also knows everyone in the area. We got a contractor for our external building's, a home inspector, and a good bank for our mortgage all off of her recommendation. Our first home had been used as a rental property and we were ready to let it go for good. We had Theresa check it out and give us her opinion on selling it as is, or fix it up before putting it on the market. We decided to take out a second mortgage on our current home to be able to hire a contractor that Theresa recommended to replace the floor joist and floors, tile the shower, paint, and do some other repairs. This decision probably allowed us to sell the house for three times the amount we would have if we did not fix it up. Theresa was always available when we had questions. She found comps and offered suggestions on ways we could get more money for our little house. She was with us through the inspections and the transactions. We would definitely use Theresa again as our realtor.
