Theresa was very patient with over year long search for our new home. She kept us up to date daily of new listings in our price range and areas we were wanting to move to. After the sale of our house in the Keys she went above and beyond helping us with a rental place till our new house closed. She IS THE BEST! She's like your friend. Somehow, she finds out what makes a person want to buy, sell, etc. Then, she's able to target just what to say to make you feel confident and positive moving forward. For it is a huge decision. Theresa seems to say just what you need to hear at the right time without any pressure, persuasion, or hesitation. She lets you lead all the way as she feeds you info and input to help make your decision. Anything you might ask, Theresa will research and respond to you. I feel she is very knowledgeable and thorough. So I would highly recommend Theresa, and, in fact, I have recommended her. I would never use any other Agent. Her technique and naturalness would leave everyone else lacking as far as I'm concerned. Oh, by the way, I was introduced to Theresa by a mutual friend, not as an Agent. So I didn't even expect to ever need an Agent. I am not an easy person and a Type A personality. So our experience was smooth and pleasurable from start to end. Theresa not only helped me buy a home but is also working with me to sell my old home. So I've seen Theresa on both sides of the coin. She is the BEST!

Selling and buying a home is complicated and stressful experience and Theresa guided me through the overall process with professionalism. Theresa was on the same page from the get go.
