Theresa was very helpful. I surely would have gone into foreclosure of my home if it had not been for her knowledge and expertise. I am in the process of going through a divorce. I had no knowledge of how the short sale process works, but Theresa walked me through the entire process step by step and told me exactly what to expect and how everything would take place. She helped me through a very difficult time and I am so thankful that Theresa was there to help me when I needed it. I would personally recommend her to anyone. Theresa Matten sold me my house and was very helpful. we bought our 1st home . she took to alot houses it was hard to find one that fit my husband he 6' 5 and alot house the showers were to short for him. He couldnt fit in lol so she helped us find that he could fit it. we found a great house and good price and low intrest rate too that helped alot she was great with everything.
