Theresa Rocked it! I met with her the first time on June 8th and closed on July 20th! Talk about fast. She priced it appropriately, marketed it hard, and brought results. I faced many challenges with the home after moving out and prior to close. Problems including an AC issue and theft of a pool pump. Being out of state, I relied heavily on Theresa and she came through above and beyond! I got asking price and closed within a month! I wouldn't think twice about referring her to friends and family. Do yourself a service and use her as well!

I am a previous and current extremely satisfied client of Theresa Mattern. I went to real estate school here in AZ and passed the state exam in 2005 but never went into the real estate business so when we bought our current home in 2010 the market was not stable to say the least, and all I thought I needed was someone to shuffle the deal around a couple desks for me. Turns out i needed the partner i found in Theresa to save us from loosing an incredible deal. Theresa was great! She was always available for me day or night, since this was my first home I bought I had a ridiculous amount of questions. She is well educated and even went the extra mile to help paint. Even after my house closed she and her wonderful husband put some elbow grease in while I was doing the renovations.
