Theresa was on top of everything and since my lender kept dropping the ball she's probably the only reason my family was able to get our home. Even though my wife and I weren't buying the most expensive home Theresa still tested is like we were buying much more.
Theresa was an excellent realtor for me and my girlfriend. She always made time to go look at properties and took an extra step to even look up houses that she thought would be good for us as well. She took the extra time to look over the houses and point out the advantages and disadvantages of the property as well as some of the flaws that need to be fixed and/or considerably looked at. Theresa Mattern is one sharp lady. If you want to sell your home I would highly recommend her she actually sold my home in one day. Theresa Rocked it! I met with her the first time on June 8th and closed on July 20th! Talk about fast. She priced it appropriately, marketed it hard, and brought results. I faced many challenges with the home after moving out and prior to close. Problems including an AC issue and theft of a pool pump. Being out of state, I relied heavily on Theresa and she came through above and beyond! I got asking price and closed within a month! I wouldn't think twice about referring her to friends and family.
