Theresa orchestrated our purchase of a house in Phoenix sight-unseen, due to travel constraints posed by the COVID pandemic. We were very satisfied with the service, professionalism, and expertise she brought to the job. She stayed with it after the sale was closed, helping us bridge the gap until our relatives moved into the house and avoiding several potentially-expensive mishaps with plumbing, swimming pools, etc. Great service and a bubbly personality.
