Short review - She's awesome, you should hire her, you won't be disappointed! Long review - We were looking to move from St. Petersburg to Brevard County, not sure where. Friends recommended Theresa to us and are we glad they did. Given our distance, we could only come over to look at houses every couple of weeks. Our house in St. Pete took forever to sell. And one of us (Lisa) was very particular in what we wanted in a house. Theresa patiently helped us over 9 months. She never took us to a house that didn't meet our list of features. She was very great in helping us understand the features of each house as well as each neighborhood. When it came to finding a lender and then a home inspector, she gave us several recommendations for each, always leaving the decision to us and each one we chose we were extremely happy with.
