She listed our home and we got full asking price 4 days later. Unfortunately two days before closing our entire home flooded from a broken pipe under the slab. Her husband was quickly there to assist my boyfriend in trying to dry everything up and help locate the leak. She was there every step of the way helping us answer questions considering this was our first home and first time dealing with these unforeseen circumstances.
