If 5 stars means a great realtor then 5 stars are not enough for Theresa. There simply are not enough stars to give her. Not only is she a great realtor but she is a great person. In short, you will not find one better! When my wife and I started down the path of finding someone to sell our house we found Theresa on our local neighborhood app not trying to drum up business but simply helping people out posting on the app. She was impressive from that first meeting through the sale of our house. She gave us several pieces of advice which we followed. The result of that was an offer within the first 24 hours of listing. She then proceeded to truly go above beyond to help keep the closing on schedule which she did.
