I found that Ted was very helpful in my purchase of a condo in Tempe. It was a complicated purchase since the owner had passed and court was needed to clear the title. Ted handled it all effectively and now I am the owner of a 1 bedroom condo near the University of Arizona.
We have been working with Ted since last fall and he has not missed a beat! We provided him with a list what what was important to us and he came through for us. Thank you again Ted for all of the work you put into helping get what we wanted. He is just a great person to work with. I highly recommend Ted to anyon one looking to anyone for a realtor----always make you feel like you are #1.
Theodore hasn't had any property sale activity in the last 12 months
