Our experience with Theda was wonderful! We chose her because her reputation preceded her. Others raved about the quality of service she provided. It also helped that we knew her from our old neighborhood! She treated us like family and was very protective of our family and our interests. She always reached out to check in, she listened to our needs in order to locate the BEST home and she was always available to talk and/or explain something we did not understand. She walked us through the process step by step from getting our house on the market, looking for potential homes, inspection, and through the closing. We cannot say enough great things about her!!!

I had a really bad real estate experience in my past. I was really nervous to go down this road again! After meeting with Theda I felt instantly at ease! Every step of the process I knew I had someone in my corner. It is a difficult market to work in right now. We had a difficult seller agent. Theda advocated for me at every turn! She helped me make smart decisions and try to remove emotion from these hard decisions. I could not recommend her enough and felt at ease with my decision!
