Nancy and Jim Ward far exceeded our expectations. They had a very specific plan to get our home sold quickly and did an incredible job helping us stage and take exceptional photos of our home. They were present for most, if not all, of the agents showings so they could provide potential buyers with the necessary information they were seeking. They were always available when we had questions and provided great advice. You can tell they bring tons of experience and passion into their work.

My buy/sell deal was complicated.Being a novice,I didn't know the "ins and outs" of the real estate game.Although the process wasn't easy,Nancy took care of business.I think a "lesser" agent would've failed.She works tirelessly,and knows all the "tricks."Thanks to Nancy!

They worked with my husband and I nonstop until we closed on our new home and sold our previous one. They have even kept up with us, checking in and seeing how we are doing. Nancy and Jim were incredible to work with. I began my search for a realtor in FL 8 months before we purchases since we were moving from out of state and needed a knowledgeable professional. I knew at the first conversation I had with Nancy that she would be perfect for our needs. But she not only met our needs, she exceeded them. She is extremely skilled at negotiating the best sale price and she stepped in and escalated my sale back in NY, which was not part of her contract, to ensure that I received the answer I needed in order to close both deals on the same day! She explained the entire buying process with the heart and patience of a teacher. Jim was terrific as well. He was able to answer any question we had about the various communities that we saw so we could make an informed decision about where to buy. We felt that Nancy and Jim really listened to what we wanted in a house and were able to find the best houses for us to look at in the short amount of time we were here. We found the perfect house and are so pleased with the entire process. I cannot say enough great things about The Ward Team!
