Dave is great. He helped us buy a house from across the country. He was patient as we tried to navigate our move. He was a strong advocate in making sure the seller fulfilled her requirements. Additionally, Dave is quick to return phone calls or emails. I'd highly recommend him.
Matt was very helpful throughout the process. He engaged with us before discussed our desire for the price we wanted and was a good sounding board when it came to listing. He hosted multiple open houses, showings, and always kept us in the loop. Come negotiation time and closing Matt really earned his commission getting us 4% more and ensuring closing went smoothly.
