Rick helped me and my siblings with the difficult task of selling the family home, after my Mom passed in January. Rick came in totally prepared with stats on the current market value of the house and houses in the area, and helped us set a fair asking price. Being the main point of contact, I was kept in the loop on every detail throughout the process. When Rick wasn't available, Lisa stepped in with coverage to keep things moving along. We had a stumbling block with the initial buyer, through no fault of R&L, and Rick kept me informed through that stressful situation, until we were able to move onto a new buyer and make the sale!
