We were 1200 miles away so being here in person was not possible. Jim made everything so easy. He was with the inspectors at the house and was talking to me at the same time sharing everything the inspectors looked at. He was always available by phone, email or text. We found his approach to be a breath of fresh air!
When the Moore Advantage Team sold our house, it was a less than "HOT" market. We are so thankful they persevered, helped us make the decision to improve the house (new carpeting) and BAM, the house was sold. Hurrah for all of us!
